Concerns Regarding July Trainings and Unnecessary Workload at TCF Schools

Teacher exploitation in Pakistan TCF July training criticism Low teacher salary issues Summer teacher workload Useless school training sessions Teacher rights in Pakistan Education system flaws Outdated school policies Overworked underpaid teachers Teacher burnout in heat No professionalism in schools Paperwork burden on teachers

It is highly disappointing that TCF schools continue to conduct July trainings during the peak of summer vacation, despite the unbearable heat and the toll it takes on teachers' health and well-being. These sessions often follow outdated strategies with no real impact on classroom learning. They appear to serve no genuine purpose other than maintaining appearances for donors and gaining public attention.

Rather than providing meaningful professional development, these trainings result in excessive paperwork and unnecessary reporting, all without the support of modern technology or practical tools. The system seems more focused on formality than on effectiveness or genuine teacher growth.

Additionally, the increasing workload is not matched by fair compensation. Teachers are overburdened with responsibilities  academic, clerical, and extracurricular  yet they continue to receive extremely low salaries. There is little to no recognition, motivation, or professional respect for educators who form the backbone of the system.

Teachers deserve rest during the summer vacation, proper use of their time, and a work environment that values their contribution not pointless routines that waste energy and resources.

We urge the administration to reconsider the July schedule, implement purposeful and modern training methods, reduce unnecessary paperwork, and most importantly, prioritize teachers’ well-being, fair pay, and dignity.
